A short, intensive introductory course to Computational Biology and Chemistry will be delivered at CNB/CSIC in Madrid, Spain, during the days 9th and 10th of December 2013,
The course will be lectured by Drs. Goran Neshich from EMBRAPA (at Campinas, Brazil) and Jose R. Valverde from CNB/CSIC.
The goal is to show the applications of these techniques to Health and Life Sciences research using real world applications in drug design, receptor-substrate interactions, differential substrate efficiency studies, molecular reactivity and modeling of chemical reactions.
Participants will learn what kinds of information can be collected and how to interpret them and apply them in their day to day work.
